Welcome

May the time you spend here refresh and encourage you.

In my undergrad years during a leadership meeting, I heard the principle: “vulnerability breeds vulnerability.”

My hope is that through this blog you may see a glimpse of my life: imperfect and with much room to grow; yet knowing that I rely on the Lord to be made whole and find joy, even in the challenging times.

Be blessed! Thanks for following along with me. 🤍

Mental Health & Christian Healthy Living

I help Christians with mental illness who are at the peak of their lives, who are struggling with setbacks, facing barriers maintaining their health, and contemplating giving up. Inspiring them that they too, can rise above and conquer their problems with courage and hope, prioritize their wellbeing, and pursue their God-given calling in educational, career, relationship, and ministry goals.

I pray you are encouraged in your journey. Thanks for following along!
